Antonia was born in Villa Jaragua, Dominican Republic to Martin Perez and Rogelia Ferreras on February 26, 1937. She went to school in Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. She was divorced. She worked as a nurse for many years in hospitals in Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and New York.
Antonia is preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sister.
Antonia is survived by her children, Rosa, Eddie and Julie. Her grandchildren, Elga, Ojami, Allison, Justin and Jeannette (Milu) and great grandchild Manny. Also, her nieces, nephews, Danilo, Iris Neyda, Sonia, Felix Antonio, Modesta and many others.
Antonia was a humanitarian and cared deeply for all people. She was always helping and always said, “you need to use this life to do good and help others”. She did that until her last breath and she will be greatly missed.
