Ariel Henrietta Gascoigne

Ariel was born in Westmoreland, Jamaica to Joseph and Flacianne Gascoigne on April 7, 1937. She went to school at Petersfield Primary School. She graduated from Mannings High School in Westmoreland, Jamaica. She worked as a stenographer after high school and then went to study Nursing in England where she became a Registered Nurse. She then migrated to New York where she resided for many years and worked at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, New York.

Ariel is preceded in death by several sisters and brothers.

Ariel is survived by sons, Iain, Paul and Jason, grandchildren, Hailey, Ryan, Paula, Ruby, Jasmine, Theo, Richedia, Jordan, and Kyrie, and one Great-granddaughter, Riley. Sister Pat and Brother Allan along with a host of loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday April 28, 2018. Viewing 10:00 - 10:55 followed by the service at 11:00 am at Holy Sacrament Episcopal Church, Pembroke Pines with The Reverend Dr. Anthony Holder (Father Tony) of Holy Sacrament Episcopal officiating. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter's Funeral Home.
