Born in Miami, Florida on April 10, 1941, the daughter of Clarence H and Ruth (Blakey) McGraw. Raised in Miami, Barbara graduated from Coral Gables High School.
Survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Royal A. Hawkes, devoted children, Duane and his wife Emily Hawkes, Debra and her husband Todd Gill, adored grandchildren, Kelly, Jessica, Michael, Mathew and his wife Tara, Michelle, John, Mitchell, Zachary and Mark. Also survived by her three brothers, Sonny and his wife Stephanie McGraw, Bill and his wife Frances McGraw, Richard and his wife Carolyn McGraw and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation on Tuesday, August 5th from 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M. at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 Taft Street Hollywood. Funeral Services on Wednesday, August 6th at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment will be private.
