William "Billy" Gilliland was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1968 and is survived by his father William, brothers Michael and Scott, and sisters Kellie and Nicole.
Billy loved his family above all else and was the glue always holding them together.
He loved to play softball with his second family the Alibi Angels in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Billy, always the life of the party lived life to the fullest and had a smile that lit up the room! He was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
