Carlos Juan Rodriguez

Carlos was born in Sábana Grande, Puerto Rico to Carlos Rodriguez, Sr. and Everidys Vega on May 26, 1956. He loved and married his wife Iris Rodriguez. He worked as a Store Manager for Walgreens for 18 years. Carlos was an avid cyclist, member of the Cycling Family of Broward Club and the Gorilla Riders Club. He received many awards and recognitions for his service to Walgreens as well as his participation in numerous community charity events.

Carlos is preceded in death by his loving father Carlos Rodriguez, Sr.

Carlos is survived by his wife Iris Rodriguez, his son Nathan Daniel Rodriguez and daughter-in-law Daena Rodriguez, his siblings Evelyn Fiallo, Nelida Bobe, Madeline Zuñiga, Priscilla Velazquez, and Eddie Rodriguez, his loving mother Everidys Vega, and his granddaughters Thalia, Isabella and Natalia Rodriguez.

Viewing will be from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Fred Hunters Blackburn Home, 718 South Federal Highway, Ft. Lauderdale Florida, 33316.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Fred Hunters Blackburn Home.

Carlos will be remembered for his love of life, his kind ways and willingness to help anyone at any time, and most of all the dedication and love he had for his "FAMILIA". The quintessential family man, he lived for spending time with his loved ones. The loss is unfathomable as he was so cherished by family and friends, but a lifetime of memories and influence will be forever treasured by those he loved.
