Carly Guidotti

The memorial service will be held at 4:00pm on May 5, 2018 at First Baptist of Fort Lauderdale. Paster Bob Barnes of First Baptist will be officiating. Memorial gathering will be held at 3:00pm on May 5, 2018 at First Baptist. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Fred Hunter Funeral Home.

Carly was born in Plantation, FL on October 10, 1981. She graduated from Ocean City High School and continued on to receive a bachelors degree from University of Central Florida. "Go Knights"

Carly was married to Freddy Guidotti on November 12, 2011; they were married 6 and a half years.

Carly worked as a teacher for Ramblewood Elementary for 9 years and Christ Church School for 3 years. She enjoyed traveling, going to church, teaching, spending time with friends, family and her beautiful Stella, laying in the sun, living life to the fullest and most of all she loved her students.

Carly is survived by her husband, Freddy, parents, Charles and Marsha, sister, Chelsea, puppy, Stella, grandmother, Doris, father-in-law, Lucio, sister-in-law, Claudia (Mauricio), nephews, Nico and Lucas, sister-in-law Fabiana (David), nieces, Gaby and Paulina, and other family and friends.

Carly had a passion for reading, so in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given in the form of children's books that will be donated to local schools in memory of Carly. These can be brought to the memorial service. For those unable to attend the service donations can be made to Carly's favorite charity, metavivor.org, in her name. The family of Carly Guidotti wishes to thank the nurses and doctors of University of Miami Sylvester Center in addition to friends and family for their continued support through this difficult time.
