Carmen was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico on October 31st, 1934.
Carmen worked as an assembler for Teletype Corporation for 20 years. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and reading.
Carmen is survived by two children, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and other family and friends.
Carmen is preceded in death by her two brothers and sister.
