Charles B. Ellicott III, 75, of Davie, Florida passed away December 30, 2016. Charles has been a resident of South Florida for the past 30 years, coming from Fairfax, VA. He is survived by his life partner, Wendy Turner and his sister, Barbara Cain. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; Charles II and Frances Ellicott, and his sister, Elaine Fry.
