Charles Edward Smith

Charles E. Smith was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Kenneth and Genevieve Kolakowski on March 25, 1969.  He went to school in Hollywood, Fl.  He married Tammy Smith on June 16, 2001 in Hollywood, Fl. He graduated from McArthur High School.  He worked various jobs, but he started his own financial consulting company, Manhattan Capital Equities, Inc. for the past 23 years.  He was a veteran and served in the Navy.  He had a passion for all sports and loved to follow NFL & NHL games.  He loved to bowl; he had played over 300 games which led him to being one of the best in the state. He loved his children and grandchildren very much!

Charles is preceded in death by his mom, Genevieve Eckert.  

Charles is survived by Wife, Tammy Smith, Daughters Ciandre Smith Zach and Bianca Laviano Danny, Sisters, Mindy Behnke and Jennifer Kolakowski Christine, Father, Kenneth Kolakowski Micheal, Three Grandchildren, Aurora, Liam, and Oakley.  Several nieces, nephews, brother in laws, sister in laws and his best friend Scott.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held following service on March 20, 2024, at his sister’s Jennifer house 2270 N 65th Way, Hollywood, Fl. Arrangements are by Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home located at 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
