

She was born on July 20, 1954, in Port Maria, St. Mary, Jamaica, the youngest of nine children. She graduated from Merl Grove High School in Kingston and afterward worked in the private sector. In 1984, she migrated to Florida, and that October she joined the Health Department for the State of Florida as an Administrative Assistant, a position she held until her retirement in October 2019.
She was predeceased by her parents, Gwendolyn and Herman Marsh, and five siblings: Lisa Harris, Moxey Marsh, Norma Parkes, Louis Marsh, and Ona Neil. She is survived by three sisters, Carolee Scott, Elsa Green, and Pauline Gordon, along with a host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024, US, on June 7, 2026, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024, US, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Interment will take place at Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Gardens, 6301 Taft St, Hollywood, FL 33024, US, on June 7, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm, with a Repast to follow at Fred Hunter's Community Center, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024, US, from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
