Crosby was born in Westmoreland Parish, Jamaica on July 4, 1946 to Samuel and Phyllis (Garner) Dell. He came to the United States as a young man and continued his interest in electronics and computer repair. For more than thirty years, Crosby owned and operated the T.V. Clinic in several locations in Hollywood.
Survivors include his 12 siblings, Isaac, Herman, Lincoln, Jean, Walter, Lloyd, Watson, Joyce, Rocky, Ingrid, Michael and Christopher.
Visitation on Saturday, August 4 from 2:00 ~ 4:00 P.M. at Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Garden Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida. The funeral service will begin at 4:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Crosby will be laid to rest next to his father in Jamaica.
