Daniel Virgilio Cruz was born on September 26,1946 in Santiago De Los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. Mr. Cruz arrived to the United States with his family in 1986 —setting roots in New York City. Years later he moved down to South Florida, where he has been a resident for the past 15 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rafael Cruz and Mercedes Reynoso, and his brothers Jose Cruz and Miguel Cruz.
Mr. Cruz is survived by his wife Minerva Rosario Cruz; his children, Ana, Maribel, Rosario, Robinson, Danny, and Cisco; his grandchildren, Maryner, Mercy, Jorham, Elner, Leo, Elysha, Jeanine, Selene, Caleb, Jael, Ashley, Ziarie, and Toni; and his great grandchildren, Zara, Eliani, Jenalise, Jarrel, and Liam.
He passed away peacefully on February 11,2023 at his home in Hollywood, FL.
