David Michael Burkett, 68, of Hialeah, Florida, passed away on Sunday, May 8th, 2022 in Hialeah, Florida.
David was born in Hialeah, Florida to Jackson McClain Burkett and Mary Hildagard Kruse on March 31st, 1954. He went to school at Hialeah High School. He married Carol Jean Kirby on July 3rd, 1976 in Immaculate Conception Church. He worked as an Electrician for Florida Power and Light for 40 years before his retirement in 2019.
David is preceded in death by his wife, Carol Kirby Burkett, parents Jackson McClain Burkett and Mary Hildagard Kruze, brother John McClain Burkett, and sister-in-law Elizabeth Burkett.
David is survived by Shane & Suellen Burkett, Heather & Angel Ocasio, Carrolyn Burkett, William and Yolanda Burkett, Benjamin Burkett, Mary Burkett, Robert & Cindy Burkett, Tiffany Burkett, Samantha & Wellny De Franca, Kimberly Burkett and Katherine Burkett.
