Diane M. Grenka

Diane Grenka, 69, of Cooper City, Florida passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at her home surrounded by the same positive energy and love she radiated throughout her life. Diane was born to kind-hearted parents, Eduvige Lyon and Carlos Oladell, on January 16, 1948 in Miami FL. She was the wife of the late Duane Grenka, she is the cherished mother of Kathy Grenka and adopted mother of Dawn Parisi. A sister to Charles Oladell and his wife Judy Oladell and many many close friends she called family. She was a devoted dog & cat mom of Jackson, Destiny, Midnight and Khloe, also the late Benji Cats Bones, Emily, Louie Princess Phoebe and Piper. Diane loved to laugh, dance, listen to music. Animals were her passion, she also loved going to concerts and helping lost animals find their way back home. Her life was filled with having good times with her family and friends, who she deeply loved. Living life with inspirational love, positivity and gratefulness was a trait deeply felt and adored by those who knew her. Family will receive friends at Fred Hunters Funeral Home in Hollywood on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 11-2:00 pm for a Celebration of Life Service. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to go the Humane Society of Broward County in memory of Diane to collect for a memorial brick.
