Born March 16, 1940 in Manhattan, New York, he is the beloved husband of Elaine Duval Kalman. He is the father of Craig Crawford, Stephen Rosenthal and Alexandra Zionts. He is also survived by five grandchildren and longtime caretaker, Roy Pottinger.
Private Entombment Services will be held at a later date at Hollywood Memorial Gardens North Cemetery.
