

Dr. Nadia Tenelle Nelson was born on July 28,1985 to Clive and Judith Nelson (Deceased). Nadia was the only child form the union. She was also the first grandchild for maternal Grandparents Elkanah Fenton (Deceased) and Orel Fenton.
Nadia attended Brentwood Elementary where at an early age she displayed signs of academic excellence. She was then placed in the magnet program. After graduation she attended William Dandy Middle where she was enrolled in the Pre Law-Program. She then went on to Hallandale High School, because of her rapid advancement she completed high school in the tenth grade and was enrolled in a special program through Broward Community College (Now Broward College). This allowed her to graduate from high school with an associate degree. She then went on to Temple University where she spent 2 years. Then to University of Central Florida where she attained her master’s degree in criminal justice. She attained a scholarship to university of Louisville where she pursued her Doctoral Degree in Criminal Justice. While at Louisville Nadia worked as a counselor for the University and later as an advisor for Ross University School of Medicine.
Nadia met Adrian Hepburn in Summer of 2004 in Jamaica. They fell in love and was married on December 5th, 2011. The union produced one son, Jamerson.
Nadia was an exceptional wife, daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter, and friend. Her radiant smile, warm personality and charm touched the hearts of everyone she met, the impact Nadia left on those whose lives she touched far exceeds the time God granted her on earth. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by Husband Adrian Hepburn, Son Jamerson, Father Clive G. Nelson, Stepmother Sharon Terry Nelson, Brothers: Jevon, Marlon and Vaughn, Grandmother Orel Fenton, Uncles Horastio and Rohan Fenton, Cleve and Trevor Nelson, Aunts Marjorie and Clover, nephews, nieces, cousins and her sorority sisters and numerous other friends.
