With heavy hearts, we remember and celebrate the life of Elida Jovane, who peacefully passed away on July 17, 2026.
Born in Colón, Panama, Elida dedicated her life to her family as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She married her beloved husband, Rafael Jovane, in 1959, and together they built a home filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Elida was known for her joyful spirit and her love of dancing. She treasured spending time with her family, sharing meals, celebrating special occasions, and creating lasting memories together. A woman of deep faith, she had a special devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rafael Jovane.
She is lovingly survived by her children, Rafael & Amanda, Chany & GianCarlo, and Raul & Francheska; her cherished grandchildren, Raphael, Steven, Rachelle, Frances & Jordan, Francisco, Evans, Celia & Monroe, Arielle, Iziah, Larry, Liana, and Kalia; one precious great-grandchild on the way; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.
Although we will miss her every day, we are grateful for the love she shared and the countless memories we will always treasure. She will remain forever in our hearts.
