Emanuel J. Ferro

Emanuel J. Ferro, 53, of Dania Beach, Florida passed away on August 22, 2026, in Hollywood, Florida.

Emanuel was born in Rochester, New York on March 19, 1973, to Samuel and Sharon Ferro. He graduated high school from Edison Tech High School with a specialty in Tool and Die. Emanuel then proceeded to receive a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University, followed by two master’s degrees. One a Master of Art in Architecture from Florida International University, and the second a Master of Science in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He was always creative and technology savvy, applying his intelligence to all he could get his hands on, which is reflected in his profession and passion.

From an early age Emanuel loved baseball and was a designated little league pitcher for Edgerton Park, Ninth Ward, Rochester, NY. This led to him becoming an avid sports fan, especially his beloved New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills. Emanuel dedicated his life to his family, education, and architecture that led him to create ownership in Ferro One Design Inc. He was an architect who was extremely meticulous with his project design, where each project had a personal touch giving you a glimpse into who Emanuel was.

His passion for architecture empowered him to travel to different cities throughout the United States studying the various historic structural designs of renowned architects. Thus, Emanuel earned the opportunity to teach workshops on Architecture Design at Clemson University, SC, sharing his expertise in architecture and a wealth of knowledge with future generations.

Emanuel is proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents Emanuel and Dorothy Ferro and maternal grandparent Samuel and Phyllis Zinone.

Emanuel is survived by his parents Samuel and Sharon Ferro and God parents Linda Lombardo and Charles Ferro, twin siblings, brother Jamie Ferro and Yolandalee, sister Jennifer Davis and husband William Davis. He also leaves behind his cherished niece and nephews, Dominic, Kayla, Devin, Domani, and extended family Aubrey and Derek, his loving pet dog Maxi Girl, and a host of close friends.

“Architecture is the silent language of love, expressed through the way a room embraces its inhabitants with warmth and light.” Emanuel was larger than life itself and captured the attention of everyone in the room with his genuine and endearing personality. To know him was to love him, and he leaves a lasting impact on those who did.
