

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota on September 5, 1927, she was the daughter of Harvey E. and Edna J. (Linke) Stark. Raised and educated in St. Paul, Ethel traveled the world living in Canada, The Netherlands and Australia. Ethel was an avid bowler recording many 600+ sets.
She and her husband Maurice Silverman moved to South Florida in the 50's settling in Miami and then to Hollywood in 1960 where they resided until 1996, moving to Ocala to be closer to her children.
Survived by her son Craig Silverman and his wife Lynn Silverman, two grandchildren, Kelly (Matthew) Stepp and Danielle (Chris) Pleasant and one great grandson, Greyson Stepp. Also survived by her twin sister, Bethel Kordosky and brother, James Stark. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Maurice Silverman in 2013 and her son, Mark Dennis Silverman in 2012.
Visitation on Friday evening, April 8th from 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M. at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood. Graveside services, Saturday, April 9th at 10:00 A.M. at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3001 North 72nd Avenue Hollywood. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
