

Eugenia accepted Christ at an early age and attended St. Peter Restoration Community under the leadership of her Pastor Oscar Anthony.
Eugenia attended local schools at Bakersfield High graduated with a High school Diploma and then further her education with and Associates Degree in business.
In 1994 Eugenia started her own business Ginger Straps she was the first Black woman to have a mobile shoe boutique in Bakersfield Ca she had the young and the old with the lastet shoe fashion.
In the early 90’s Eugenia relocated to Atlanta GA with her daughter Africa and sister Alycia with her 3 children . The road trip to Atlanta was followed with her sisters Genevieve and Clarisse for moral support filled with laughter love and new beginnings.
In the mid 2000’s Eugenia relocated to Florida with her daughter Africa calling Florida her second home, helping with raising Africa children. Eugenia has always traveled to help her other children Todd and Melaniee whenever she was needed she was a person you can count on .
Eugenia had 3 children — Todd , Melaniee , Africa.
Eugenia had 6 silbilngs and three preceded her in death. Her living siblings are Clarisse, Genevieve , and Dwight.
Eugenia had a special relationship with her grandchildren which they known her as “Nana” the love for her nanny’s babies will leave a stamp on there hearts forever Keisha , Todd , Chevon , Tiondra , Tyren , London , Pascale , Paris ,Kaden , Cj , Sa’vonni , Se’lavie , Italian and Taliyah
Eugenia great grandchildren Jherrin, Kasyn, Karsyn, Gracyn, Kaleb, Hendrix, Declan, Russian , Ocean
She leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces , nephews , and friends who will remember her loving heart and beautiful smile.
