Evelyn Aviles Vinciguerra

Evelyn Aviles Vinciguerra of Coral Springs, FL passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the age of 51. Born in Philadelphia, PA on November 13, 1961 to Martina & Angel Aviles. She has been a resident of South Florida for the past forty-eight years and is an active member of St. David Catholic Church in Davie. Evelyn leaves to cherish her memory to husband Tom, son Paul, both parents, sisters Luz Nipper, Gladys Vinat (Jorge), Mary Rubiera (Vince), Vivian Hirsch (Ted), Martha Aviles, and Sandy Aviles, as well as several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

It still hasn't hit us yet - life was just so much better with your smile and your spirit. It is a struggle to come up with words that describe your affect on all of us. You touched so many lives in your family, with your friends, your church, co-workers, and care providers. Even when you were ill, your first thoughts were on others. That is what we most loved about you.

You were the smallest of all of us, but none of us will ever be half the person that you were. We were truly blessed to be able to have you on this earth for 51 years. We will love you with all of our hearts, always.

The family will receive friends for the Visitation on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 6-9pm at the Fred Hunter's University Dr Home, 2401 S. University Dr, Davie, FL 33324. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 10:30am at St. David Catholic Church, 3900 S. University Drive, Davie, FL 33328. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted on Evelyn's behalf to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 3411 NW 9th Avenue, Suite #701, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309.
