Jerry was born in Brooklyn, NY to Anthony & Anna Rosa on March 30, 1942. He went to school at Eastern District High, Brooklyn, NY. He married Doris Ellul Rosa on May 13, 1967 in Astoria, NY. He worked as a Patient Care Coordinator for Atlantic Hearing Aid Ctr for 15 years. Previously, he worked at Bank Leumi as an Operations Officer for 27 years.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Rosa and Anna Esposito Rosa.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Doris Ellul Rosa, his daughters Concetta Rosa Zeppetella & Maria Rosa-Laycock, his son-in-laws Joseph Zeppetella and Steven Laycock, and his grandchildren Charles Laycock, Joseph Zeppetella and Mia Zeppetella.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Friday, May 17, 2024 at Fred Hunters Funeral Home in Hollywood, FL.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
