

George was born on Feb 1st, 1948 to his parents, Ioannis and Dimitra in the small Greek village of Xironomi. He loved sports, the sea, and the Mediterranean lifestyle. While playing soccer in his youth, he managed to acquire an education and fulfill a two year military service requirement with the Hellenic Air Force. He immigrated to the US with a drive to succeed and fulfill the American Dream. His journey brought him first to Chicago where his entrepreneurial spirit took flight. After Chicago was Seattle, until finally settling in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, a place he called paradise. Fifty years after coming to the US and running multiple businesses throughout his life, George finally hung up his entrepreneur jacket in 2023, ultimately retiring from this earth to his new eternal home on April 13, 2024. George is preceded in death by his mother: Dimitra, father: Ioannis, and his brother: Efthemios.
George is survived by his former spouse, Theoni, and daughter, Dimitra.
Visitation will be open from 3pm to 6pm on Saturday April 20th, 2024 for friends and colleagues residing in the United States to pay their respects and say their good-byes. The visitation will be closed-casket. There will be an unscheduled short reading and prayer given over George by a priest from a local Greek Orthodox church. Visitation will take place at:

The United States will not be George’s final resting place. He will be taken to be with his mother, father, and brother, back in his childhood village of Xironomi, Greece.
