Gyselle Rose Archin Macombe Sacco

She was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on September 29, 1919 to Gaston Archin and Marie Hogarth.  Growing up, she was a full-time volunteer in her church.  She was involved as a key fundraiser, conducted home prayer visits, and exhibited her artistic talent by choreographing ballet recitals and coordinating Christmas pageants.  Later she moved to the United States in 1960’s where she resided until her passing.

She was a loving wife, mother, grand-mother, great grandmother and aunt. 

Gyselle was preceded in death by her young daughter Monique Macombe, her first husband Oscar Macombe & her second husband Ben Briagio Sacco, a WWII veteran.  She is also preceded in death by her brother, Franck Archin; and sister, Marie Archin Beauvais.

She is survived by Micheline (Macombe) Wolff, her devoted daughter; Randolph P. Wolff, grand-son; Chantal G. (Wolff) Osborne, grand-daughter; Christian Osborne, great grand-son; Hannah Ruiz, great grand-daughter; Danielle (Beauvais) Montes Bolden, niece; and Alix Montes, grand-nephew.

She will be deeply missed by all who have known and loved her.

Gyselle Rose Archin Macombe Sacco «Man Gysou» est décédée avec sa famille à ses côtés à l'âge de 100 ans le samedi 7 décembre 2019 au Ana’s Assisted Living Facility à Pembroke Pines, en Floride.

Elle est née à Port-au-Prince, Haïti le 29 septembre 1919 de Gaston Archin et Marie Hogarth. En grandissant, elle était bénévole à plein temps dans son église. Elle a été impliquée en tant que collecteur de fonds pour l’ église, a effectué des visites de prière à domicile et a montré son talent artistique en chorégraphiant des récitals de ballet et en coordonnant des spectacles de Noël. Plus tard, elle a déménagé aux États-Unis dans les années 1960 où elle a résidé jusqu'à son décès.

Elle était une épouse, une mère, une grand-mère, une arrière-grand-mère et une tante aimantes.

Gyselle a été précédée dans la mort par sa jeune fille Monique Macombe, son premier mari Oscar Macombe et son deuxième mari Joseph « Benny »  Briagio Sacco, un vétéran de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Elle est également précédée dans la mort par son frère, Franck Archin; et sa sœur, Marie Archin Beauvais.

Elle laisse dans le deuil Micheline (Macombe) Wolff, sa fille dévouée; Randolph P. Wolff, petit-fils; Chantal G. (Wolff) Osborne, petite-fille; Christian Osborne, arrière petit-fils; Hannah Ruiz, arrière petite-fille; Danielle (Beauvais) Montes Bolden, nièce; et Alix Montes, petit-neveu.

Elle manquera beaucoup à tous ceux qui l'ont connue et aimée.
