Militano, Helen Marie, 86, of Ft. Pierce, FL, formerly of Dania Beach, passed away on February 1, 2015 at her residence. Born November 3, 1928 in Burlington, NC to Thomas Henry and Eliza (Horne) Strader. She was a member of Covenant Reformed Presbyterian Church in Ft. Pierce and Meadow Wood Country Club. Survived by her beloved children, Sheryl Lee Moore (Richard) of Port St. Lucie, Frank Warren Moses (Nancy) of Gainesville, Janet Lynn Tobias (Robert) of Ft. Pierce and Susanne Barber of Ft. Pierce; six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; husband Joseph Militano, sister Anne Witz and brother James Fraser. The family will receive friends in the funeral home on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with a Service to follow at 2:00 pm at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 6301 Taft St., Hollywood, FL 33024. Entombment in Hollywood Memorial Gardens West.
