Helen Holt Schwartz, in her 91st year, following a battle with pneumonia, died on December 20, at 8:28 am in Aventura, Florida, with her children at her side. Sweet beloved mother of Lee and Steven, grandmother of Leela and Jesse, step-grandmother of Nikko, Ryan, and Alex, mother-in-law of Laraine Holt and Jamie Sutton, wife of the late David Holt, wife of the late Saul Schwartz, love of Sam Gerson,beloved sister-in-law of Libby and Stanley White, cherished and greatly-to-be-missed special friend of Yvonne Freciton, daughter of the late Leon Margolian and the late Rose Port Margolian of Yarmouth Nova Scotia, Canada, and survived by her sister Lillian Slone. She was an avid bridge player and loved music. Helen was a sweet soul whose joy touched all she met. Funeral services on Tuesday, December 23 at 1:30 PM, Fred Hunter Cemetery, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida 33024. Donations may be made to Aventura Hospital, Aventura, Florida.
