Howard Williams Jr., 76, of Davie, Florida passed away on January 22, 2020. Howard was born on December 2, 1943 in Camden, Jersey to Howard Williams Sr. and Doris Williams. He is a veteran of the US Navy where he served as a Corpsman and received the National Defense Medal (Vietnam War). He had a successful career as District Manager at For Eyes Optical. He married Lora Stompanato Williams on December 16, 1989. Howard enjoyed fast cars, computes and children. He was fun loving, loved to laugh and always had a positive outlook on life. We will miss his laughter, positivity, love for family and friends. We find comfort in knowing that he is now with Howard “Will” Williams III and our Lord in heaven.
Howard is survived by his wife, Lora Williams; son, Lucas Williams; sister, Carol Goodmen; brother, Robert Williams; sister, Susan Stoneback; and granddaughter, Allison Williams. He is predeceased by his father, Howard Williams Sr.; mother, Doris Williams; brother, James Williams; and son Howard “Will” Williams III.
A memorial service will take place at Rexmere Village Clubhouse (11300 Rexmere Blvd., Davie, Florida 33325) on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at 1:00pm.
