Hankins, Jacqueline Ethel, "Jackie", 83, of Davie, FL, a South Florida resident since 1966, formerly of Miami Lakes and Floral Park, NY, passed away on July 30, 2015 at her residence. Jackie was born July 8, 1932 in New York, New York to John Lincoln and Edna (Wickel) Walker. She was an active realtor for 50 years in South Florida.
She is survived by sons, Thomas Edward (Elizabeth) Hankins of Windermere, FL and Steven Robert Hankins of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Patricia Lynn (Todd) Tomlinson of Altamonte Springs, FL; grandchildren, Ryan, Erica, Stephanie, Edward, Michael, Megan, Caitlin and Morgan. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Thomas Hankins and daughter, Christine Dorothy Hankins.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 2401 S. University Dr., Davie, FL 33324. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 12 Noon at Long Island National Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.
