

James Leo Culleton, III of Pembroke Pines, Florida, formerly of Miami passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, September 4, 2016, following an unexpected brief illness. He was 57 years of age.
Born in Miami, Florida on July 13, 1959, son of James L. Culleton, Jr. and Violet W. (Martin) Culleton. Raised in Miami, Jim graduated from Miami Central High School, class of 1977. A resident of Broward County for the past 30 years, Jim was a general contractor and owned South East Florida Advanced Roofing Company. He was an avid Miami Dolphins fan and enjoyed NASCAR racing.
He is survived by two sisters, Coleen (Andrew) Hook, Joanna (Steven) Grumko and brother, William "Bill" (Ruth) Parker, nieces and nephews, Carmen, Henry, Sandra, Brooke, Caitlin, Lauren and Lindsey. Also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Jim's Life will be held on Friday, September 9th at 7:00 P.M. at Fred Hunter's University Drive Home, 2401 South University Drive, Davie. The family will greet friends from 6:00 ~ 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
