Jane Spangler, born on July 31, 1927, passed away on May 23, 2010 at the age of 82. She was the beloved daughter of Claude and Florence Neal of Louisville, KY who precede her in death. She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Wilbur F. Spangler. Oldest son, Neal and his wife Ana Milena and soon to be grandchild. Son, Terry and his wife Carolyn and grandchildren Benjamin, Jeremy, and Carly and youngest son David Wayne. Jane was an alumni of Portland Christian School in Louisville, KY and graduate of Harding College in Searcy Ark. Jane dedicated 36 years of her life to education. Teaching at Carlisle Elementary in Ark, and Myrtle Grove, Broward Estates, and Oriole Elementary here in S. Florida. Jane also spent several of her early years as camp counselor, swim and Red Cross instructor at Summer Camp in Chimney Rock, N.C. Jane retired in 1996 and spent her remaining years enjoying time with her family and continued her love of traveling the USA and abroad with her husband and family. She was deeply loved and will forever be in our hearts and memories.
