We celebrate the life of Jason Baltzley, who died tragically on Wednesday, March 21st while working, at the age of 34. He leaves behind so many that loved him. Survived by son Jason Jr, parents Terry and Olwen (Kelly) Baltzley. He also leaves behind his best friend and brother Jeff, sister Linda Watkins of Las Vegas NV, and brother Michael Baltzley of Coral Springs, FL.
Jason was born in Hollywood, Florida on July 5th, 1977. He enjoyed life to the fullest, laughing, loving and careing to all of those around him.
He also leaves behind his loving Grandparents Roman and Phyllis Barnack of Lutz, FL; many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nephews and friends.
Jason will never be forgotten; we have and empty place in our hearts with his passing.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to Jason Baltzley Jr. trust fund at Wells Fargo Bank.
