JoAnn was born and raised in Hollywood, and is survived by her brother Jeff Butler; niece Ashley Hemming and nephew Zack Butler; sister, Karen Butler Mock-Lemieux (Doug); nephews, Peter Mock and Austin Mock; brother, Mark Butler (Erika); Aunt Joan Butler and Aunt Jackie Arnold. Dear life long friend Cheryl Westfall. Predeceased by her parents, Robert and Laurene Butler. A reception will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the Butler Home from 5:00 - 7:00 PM
