Jack was born in Queens, NY on October 10, 1945. He is survived by his son Michael (and Kristen) Whiting, his daughter Jennifer (and Shaun) Casey, his brother Richard Whiting, his grandsons Matthew and Joseph Whiting and his granddaughters Keeley, Kiersten and Kamryn Casey. He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Gertrude Whiting and newborn son, John Scott Whiting.
