The funeral service will be held from 2-5pm at Fred Hunter Hollywood, followed by a reception.
Larry was born in Miami on April 30, 1953. He attended Hialeah Senior High School.
Larry worked as a Head Facilities Serviceperson for Broward County Public Schools for 23 years. He enjoyed auto racing, cars, motorcycles, computers and cooking. He was also actively involved in the Federation of Public Employees with BCPS as a union steward member of the Negotiations Team and member of the Labor Management Committee.
Larry is survived by his daughter Jessica, sister Yolanda, brother-in-law Mark, nephew Jason, nieces Lori and Laila, nephew Mahdi, and cousins Sylvia, Gloria, Danny, Frankie, and other family and friends.
Larry is preceded in death by his father Orlando Suarez Garcia, mother Annie Mary Garcia, nephew Erik, and cousin Ricky.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Humane Society of Broward County.
