Lawrence was born in South Boston, MA to Arthur F. Turner and Dorothy T. Butler Turner on February 13, 1935. He went to school in South Boston. He married John Joseph Reid in Boston and they were together 51 years. He worked as a union Electrician and later in life became a Priest in the American New catholic Church. He was a veteran of the Korean Ware and served in the Navy. He was involved in charitable work through the Church and was a member of the Alcoholic Anonymous for 53 years.
Lawrence was preceded in death by two parents, two sisters, and three brothers. He leaves behind his spouse John J. Reid and numerous friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
