Linda Kay Brossia, 66, of Wilton Manors, FL, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2014 at her residence. Linda was born on June 28, 1948 in Toledo, OH to Delmas Delmont and Leanell Emma (Sandy) Staton. She was a member of Calvary Chapel of Ft. Lauderdale and a licensed practical nurse, retiring as case manager for Aetna Insurance Company. She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Renee Brossia of Wilton Manors; son, John Oscar Brossia of Hollywood, FL; grandchildren, Sierra Brown, Dylon and Aya Brossia; mother, Leanell Sandy Staton of Toledo, OH; brothers, John, Jimmy, David Staton all of Toledo, OH, Mike Staton of Ft. Lauderdale, Dennis Staton of Pompano Beach, Roger Staton of Decatur, AL; sisters, Joy Staton of Toledo, OH, Melody Staton of Port St. Lucie, Tammy Tucker of Toledo, OH and Kim Martin of Travers, AL. She is preceded in death by her father, Delmas Delmont Staton and sister, Nancy Staton Sutton. A Memorial Service will be held at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home, Ft. Lauderdale Chapel at a later date.
