Logan passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday, November 4, 2024. He is survived by his mother, Tracey Peirce Ferguson (Bill); his father Richard Peirce (Alexandria); his brother Ryan Peirce (Jennifer); his sister Chelsea Peirce Rinehart (Travis); his niece Elena; his paternal grandmother Lois Peirce and his many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Natalie Viton, his girlfriend and life partner of four years is also grieving this tragic loss. Together they shared their love for each other and the home they were building on the farm. He also leaves behind his beloved dog and trusted sidekick, Loki.
Logan was born March 22, 1994 in Fort Lauderdale and was a lifelong resident of Broward County, FL. He was a 2012 graduate of Hollywood Hills High School. Logan was currently working for the City of Dania as the Building Superintendent, a job he truly enjoyed and at which he excelled. Logo, as he was affectionately called, was admired, loved and respected by all who worked for him and with him.
Logan’s passion for all things sports was unparalleled. He not only participated in many team sports throughout his youth, he was the ultimate fan. His strong devotion to his Boston teams (first and foremost the Red Sox, followed closely by the Patriots, Bruins, and Celtics) was known by all, and his statistical knowledge of the players was astounding. You would be hard pressed not to find Logan proudly wearing the attire of the teams he so dearly loved.
When he wasn’t watching or attending games Logan could be found working on the farm, tending to the grounds and all the animals. A round of golf or a day of fishing with family and friends were a few of the other pastimes Logan enjoyed immensely.
We will miss his laugh, his smile, his jokes, his pranks (of which he was the master). His kind heart, generous spirit and genuine love for all of us lucky to experience even a moment of him will leave a deep and lasting memory in our hearts.
“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.”
