Riggs, Louise M. passed away peacefully on June 16th, 2011 at 12 noon. She is survived by sons Ronald E. Riggs (Lynda) and Richard K. Riggs (Matie), granddaughter Stephanie Maguire (Mark), grandson Ronald E. Riggs, and great grandson Ethan Maguire. She was a Memorial Regional Hospital volunteer for twenty years, and will be remembered for her warm hugs and kind words. She will be missed by her family and friends. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 21st from 11:00am to 12:00pm, and burial will be from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at 6301 Taft Street.
