When the enemy death strikes your grief can be great. It's never the right time to say goodbye to a loved one. Death too to many seems to be a part of life. It's during times such as these that we can find comfort in the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6:9, 10 ~ "Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth". Only God's (Psalms 83:18) Kingdom can bring peace, happiness, perfect health, and everlasting life. I had the pleasure to know Mrs. Marie Chery through Medishare project trip in thomonde 2007 and also worked with her in 2010 after the earthquake. She was an excellent, caring, loving person. I have learned a lot from her while working with her twice. She will be remembered deeply in my heart

This is a very sad moment for me. Marie was a mentor at time even a mother to me during the time that I spent at Medishare. I have learned a lot from her while working there. She was a loving person. You will always be in my heart.

Gayle and I are saddened to hear of Marie's passing Without a doubt she is one of the most heroic people I have met and come to know. When I think of Marie the words generous, selfless, loving, humble, caring, gracious and unselfish come to mind. I pray that by miracle or by chance someone can fill that void. She left us and the people of Haiti too soon.

Marie was a very devoted woman who cares a lot for the communities in which she was working for the past years in Marmont, La Hoye and Thomonde (Central Plateau of Haiti. It was always a pleasure to work with her. Project Medishare and Haiti have lost a very dynamic Development Agent. She will be remembered forever!

Marie was one of the toughest and most caring people I have known. She had a positive impact on the people she worked with and the community Thomonde. She made a real difference in the time that she was here.

I met Marie 10 years ago this year. She was an amazing person, a giving person, a loving person and most of all strong. I will miss her dearly.

This is such a sad moment! You were my ''partner in crime'' so many laugh we had together, i really appreciated and cherished this friendship i had with you! Such a dedicated and loving person. You will be truly missed Marie, Keep watching over your family and Haiti, i can hear you laugh, fanm vanyan.....xxx
