Marie Hilton Gonneville

Marie Hilton Gonneville, 84, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2014 after a courageous battle with melanoma. She was born in Waterbury on February 18, 1930 to Lillian Hilton and John Hilton. She was a graduate of Levenworth High School in Waterbury, Connecticut. Marie was an accountant at Uniroyal Chemical in Southbury, Connecticut for over 45 years while raising two children and later helping to care for four grandchildren. Since moving to Florida over twenty years ago, she has been an active member of the Nativity Catholic Church of Hollywood and she has enjoyed time with her friends and extended family at the Beverly Hills Condominium. Marie was predeceased by her husband, Leo P. Gonneville, Sr. and her daughter, Annette G. Lerman of Orange, Connecticut. She is survived by her son Leo P. Gonneville, Jr. of Manchester, Connecticut and her grandchildren Brian R. Lerman and his wife Jennifer of Arlington, Virginia, Adam W. Lerman and his wife Emily of Windsor Mill, Maryland, Laura M. Warash and her husband Kris of Manchester, Connecticut, and William E. Gonneville, of Manchester, Connecticut, and her great grandchildren Sophia H. Lerman and Alexander W. Lerman.

Graveside services will be held Friday April 4, 2014 at 12:00 pm at Hunter Memorial Gardens, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida.
