

Left for her heavenly home May 29, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Marion was born in Kaukauna, Wisconsin on December 9, 1917 to Frank and Dorothy Charlesworth.
Marion attended the Chicago Music Conservatory after High School, cultivating her vocal skills which would become her future profession. She traveled with The Frankie Masters Orchestra for several years, performing in venues all over the country. She even recorded several songs that can be heard today on U-Tube under Frankie Masters name. Marion had great opportunities singing and traveling, befriending such famous people as Dominic DiMaggio, Liberace, Arthur Godfrey and eventually the man she would marry, Myron "Mush" Esler, a trainer for the Chicago White Sox. They settled in Chicago and started their family,Robin Esler, Dori Esler Zandy and Kimberly Hibbs, who survive her. She is also survived by her brother Buddy Charlesworth and his wife Elaine and many nieces and nephews, five grandchildren and 4 great grand children.
Marion loved entertaining and would often be found singing to the group at Merrill Gardens in Naples where she resided for three years. An entertainer to the very end, she was singing to her favorite son in law, Bob Hibbs the day before she went to be with her Lord. Marion lived a good, Christian life with no regrets, and today she is singing in God's choir.
A Funeral Service will be held at Fred Hunter's Funeral Home in Davie, Fl. on Saturday June 4 at 1:00pm. friends may gather one hour before the service. Charitable donations may be made to Hospice by the Sea, Hollywood,Fl.
