With profound sadness and heartfelt love, we announce the passing of Mary Evelyn Hall, who entered eternal rest on June 13, 2026. Mary was born to Elza Francois and Gaston Rouchon on May 24, 1971, in Freeport, Bahamas, and came to the United States at the age of four. She lived a life defined by strength, determination, love, and devotion to her family.
Mary was the beloved wife of Delroy Hall and a devoted mother to Marie Hall, Delroy Hall Jr (DJ), Ashley Hall, and Garneau Hall. Her family were her greatest pride and joy, and she dedicated her life to providing them with unconditional love, guidance and support.
She was a cherished grandmother to Mya Buritica, Isaiah Florvil, and Aniyah Petit, who brought endless happiness and laughter into her life. She treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren and created memories that will be forever held in their hearts.
Mary was known for her hard-working spirit and loving personality. She was a dedicated worker who believed in providing for her family. She enjoyed shopping, cooking delicious meals for her loved ones, and spending time binging tv shows. Her home was always filled with family and friends for holidays because she felt such great joy cooking and seeing everyone enjoy her meals. She was also very happy, engaging, laughing, and making jokes with everyone.
Maybe, she lost the battle to cancer. But even to the very end she was the beacon for her family as she fought with all her might to stay with her family for as long as she could. Now she is with the Lord and her family is blessed that she is now watching over them.
Mary is survived by her loving husband Delroy Hall, and their children Marie, DJ, Ashley, and Garneau, her grandchildren Mya, Isaiah, and Aniyah, her siblings Charles Francois, Robert Rouchon, Clarabelle Piton, Gladys Rouchon, Jack Rouchon, and Angelique Rouchon, and joins her late siblings, Constant Francois, Evony Francois, Evelyn Francois, Exalus Francois, Alice Francois, Marguerite Francois, and Garneau Rouchon in eternal rest.
To know Mary was to know kindness, strength, resilience, and unwavering love. She touched countless lives through her generosity, wisdom and caring heart. Her Beautiful smile, comforting words, and loving embrace will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort in the many memories she leaves behind and in the love, she shared with all who knew her. Her legacy will continue to live through her husband, children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
