I'm so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as God's word the Bible. Why do people we love die? Romans 5:12 says: "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away.

We are so sorry for the loss of your dear one and our sincerest condolences to the family. Trials such as this one can be unbearable, "God is for us a refuge and strength, a help that is readily to be found during distress." Psalms 46:1 Draw close to God in prayer, He does not forget the outcry of the afflicted ones. He will give you the needed strength to endure the days ahead.

Mary Lu, I have so many wonderful memories of you, especially those summer family weekends we shared in Cooksville and in winter when our family spent a lot of week-ends in Buffalo. Loved Saturday afternoons when you would take me to the dance club in downtown Buffalo. I also fondly remember being envious of your clothes at that time as the fashion trends reached Buffalo first. The Purple Knit Suit and Red Bomber jacket withe embroidered pony tail on the back. I don't know how I aquried it, but I got to wear ithe purple knit dress to school were it was a big hit. These are just a few of the great memories that come to mind when thinking about you. You will always be in our memories and prayers. Our deepest heartfelt condolences.

Aunt Mary Lu was such an amazing woman. She was a caring and loving person who had a great sense of humor and was incredibly charming. She loved being a teacher and inspired so many people to become educators. She was truly unique and one of my favorite people. I will miss her with all of my heart.

I fondly remember her parents' visits to Boiestown. The summer that Dad went into the nursing home they stayed at our house and supported me at that time. My sincere sympathy to all the family.

I met Mary Lu through her sister and my friend Eileen. I liked her instantly. She could talk, and within minutes made us feel welcome and comfortable.

I have nothing but fond memories of my beautiful, caring cousin, from childhood in NB and later in Buffalo and Davie .I am truly sorry for not going to visit her in recent years . Sincere condolences to extended family and cousins, you are in our thoughts and prayers .

Mary Lu, will be remembered by all the cousins, I am sure, as she was always such a sweet, kind individual and so interested in all of our lives. My deepest sympathies on your great loss
