Mary Whatley would like to let you know that her work and time here with us is now complete.God softly whispered in her ear on November 1, 2021 and gave her an offer she could not refuse. With great joy and happiness, she quickly accepted. Even though Mary will no longer be here with us on earth, she touched the lives of everyone she met with a special love that will live on forever in each of our hearts. This offer came with a HUGE sign-on bonus, a reunion with her husband Lucius Whatley Jr, her son Danny Whatley, Nephew Henry Hughes and all of her friends and family she has not seen in a long time.God was ready to take her to a new and wonderful place, a place we call Heaven to live and enjoy all of its beauty. As they spoke, he promised her an eternity of happiness but he would need her to help him to prepare a place for us when it is our time to join her. Her new life will be perfect. It will be full of laughter, joy and happiness. She will spend an eternity with all those she loved who went before her, taking all the wonderful memories she made with each of us with her.Mary’s final wishes were simple. “Celebrate the life I lived on earth, do not mourn for me, I am happy now. My time with you is complete. You must carry on without me and continue the lessons I’ve taught you, but most importantly be happy and love unconditionally”.Mary loved and adored her children. Larry (Ruth), Danny (Joanne) and Kristi (Raffaele).
