Massimo was born in Rome, Italy where he received all his formal education (Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Rome and Master’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Udine). After serving in the Italian military and traveling Europe with his band, the Five Pennies Opera, he moved to the United States in 1980. He worked for CMC Group of Miami for over 32 years. Massimo loved working, boating, and spending time with family.
He was the son of Georgio and Valeria Valentini who predeceased him. He is survived by his wife Yelena Paslar and children Stefano Harding, Theresa (Valentini) Brunner, Alex Valentini, Genesis Paredes, Demi Paredes, and Bruce Paredes, their families, and his dear friends. He is also survived by his brother, Maurizio Valentini and his family.
A Celebration of Life will be held to honor his memory and love for life at a date yet to be determined by his family.
