Rosie was born Arima, Trinidad, to Hamid an Aisha Baksh on July 10, 1929. Rosie married Fazal [Matt] Khan on April 20th 1952 in Arima, Trinidad and graduated from Heinz High School. She worked sales for various retailers for 20 years, was involved in the Mosque, and had a lifelong passion for gardening.
Rosie is preceded in death by husband Fazal [Matt] Khan, brothers Feizul Baksh and Ferose Baksh, and sisters, Dolly Khan and Bebe Khan.
Rosie is survived by children Farouk, Sabina, Tahir, Imitaz, Zanobia, and Abdel, Twelve Grandchildren, Tooksie Rahim (sister), and Eleven Great-Grandchildren.
