Mia Rose Carmona was born in Memorial Regional Hospital on October 24, 2019 & passed away February 5, 2020 at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. She was very much loved by her parents Lianna & Anthony and her big brother and sister, Matthew & Alyvia. Her paternal grandparents are Elizabeth Ramos-Ortiz & Johnny Ortiz; and maternal grandparents are Margarita Ramos-Rodriguez & Fernando Rodriguez. Mia gave us a lifetime of love during her short time of life. She was loved by all who met her, and will be greatly missed. Our little angel in heaven. We love you!
