Michael S.Perez,38, of Pembroke Pines, passed away unexpectedly September 2nd, 2011. Born and raised in Miami. Michael was President of Holiday Carpet Service. He was predeceased by his father Felix Perez Jr., mother Constance Perez and brother Richard Perez. He is survived by his wife Ria of the Philippines, sister Laurie Perez and niece Jessica Perez of Pembroke Pines.
