Milka was born in Yugoslavia on January 12, 1933, daughter of Pajo and Jeka (Prosic) Knezevic. Before moving to Hallandale, Florida in 1991, Milka lived in New York City where she worked for New York Life Insurance Company for many years. Her passion was working in her beautiful gardens and one year she received an award from the City of Hallandale for her gardening skills at her home.
Survivors include her daughter, Liliana Nikolic; son Mike Nikolic and four grandchildren, Natalia (Warren) Richards, Alexander Jovanoski, Andrea and Daniella Nikolic and her great granddaughter, Lilygrace Richards.
Visitation on Wednesday, March 14th from 6:00 ~ 8:00 P.M. at Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Gardens Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood. Funeral service at the funeral home on Thursday morning at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Svetozar Vefelinovic officiating. Burial will follow at Hollywood Memorial Garden Cemetery.
