Neville was born in Kingston, Jamaica West Indies on September 3, 1939. He went to school in Kingston, Jamaica. He went on to Marry Yvonne Cecilia James-Harris on July 25, 1977 in Brooklyn, New York. Neville worked as an accountant for the Jamaican Railroad Company, for over 20 years. He was involved in a CPA accountant organization. Neville would also DJ for parties under the name El Suzie A-go-go.
Neville is survived by his wife Yvonne James-Harris, in laws, nieces, nephews and many other family members.
Burial will take place at Fred Hunters Memorial Garden located at 3001 N. 72nd Ave Hollywood, FL 33024.
